OK why isn't there a dragonborn in the League?

There are lot of references of huge franchises in league as champions..... But why isn't there a Dragonborn (from Skyrim) still? Riot please make a dragonborn champ....the one who kills with his shouts please..... bye

Ok well two things. Shyvana is a half dragon, sion kills with his shouts, and tryndamere looks like that guy from skyrim (cant remember his name). Theres probs a lot more but like i dont know if a direct skyrim champion would be that good. Maybe a skyrim tryndamere or sion.
