So instead of being a new skin, a new Champion, 's brother, Yone with a project skin. JUST TO ADD, I did not mean to add skin to "Project Skin Lost Trace".

Yone is dead. Yasuo killed his own older brother. Sad to say the skin is most likely for Yi.
Or Yone came back from the shadow isles. Just a theory, nothing to back it up.
