I think that this skin idea would really work and I know there are others out there that would want this skin. Besides it being badass it also represents one of my favorite characters from any show I've ever watched. Lets get this skin made!
Example number 2,309,7542 of a skin that is 100% based on a copyright protected character that Riot would not be able to copy.
If you want to have a skin that is similar - just Jarvan with a white outfit and a similarly shaped weapon, then pitch it accordingly. There is a reason we don't have "Cloud Strife Tryndamere"
So if you wanted this, suggest something like "Artic Ops Jarvan" who would have a white snow suit, for instance.
