Escaped Convict Shaco skin

I play Shaco alot I think hes a very cool champion in terms of his moves and play style, a real assassin. My idea is called Escaped Convict Shaco which can tie in with either the Vi/Cait or Trundle/Voli cop lore and skin ideas. He was a criminal mastermind and hired assassin with a dark and unstable past, somewhat like the Joker from The Dark Knight very manipulative and smart, he always knew how to hide in plain sight. The skin would be Shaco in a prison jumpsuit like those orange ones with the serial number of the inmate, ripped sleeves with strange tattoos on them, shivs made out of spoons or forks they give you during lunch in jail (he was obviously in solitary confinement), his boxes are just made of lunch trays, random screws from the beds and a paper mache clown. His face is scarred with marks to make him look like hes always smiling from ear to ear with piercing eyes that look void of emotion. Optional to have a chains or handcuffs still attached to him around his wrists and ankles.
