Gifting skins or champions
i think, Riot should made gifting where you can gift skins you already own it, so if you don't want a skin anymore or if you just want to be nice you can gift this skin to a friend, or just a good player :)

thats not a half bad idea its not like i would get rid of my skins but i can see a situation where that wold work out nicely, like ur friend starts playing one u dont anymore, but would it be reverable? regiftable? it just seems like everytone could just kinda trabe skins whenever and never realy need to buy them
however i think you should be able to gift skins/skin shards FROM hextech crafting, that would work better
