Riot, will chroma packs be allowed to change a champions skin color as well?

I would love if we could see more of a diversity in the cast by making some of the chroma packs alter a characters skin color. Maybe we could get some more ethnicities represented in game. And it would be nice to see some options for the currently darker skinned cast to see some lighter skin alternates as well. It would be a nice way to let us darker skinned people feel a little more represented without having to make explicitly ethnic based characters. i know I would buy a lot of champions if they had skins I could more easily identify with, and I'm sure I'm not alone in that.
