Passive - (no idea) Q- shield W-speed up single teammate or slow enemy E-skill shoot and slow R- heals like soraka

Sounds like a cross between sons and soraka but with energy.
Yes bc when u are support u need more mana but u dont have soo i thought supp with energy would be much better
