champion concept (wind god) pls read

after all the ADC marksman we have i realize we never have a independent ADC who can peel for him self for a sacrifice of damage so i thought of a concept when the adc can peel himself

name : wind god? idk lore can be tied with yasou, this god could of killed his father took his powers and got strong and frames riven? idk it can tie in his loopy plot of his lore

passive : scales with level - people who walk towards him can gain little movement speed but if they are running away they get slowed (still thinking)

Q - ability used where the can place little tornado in the ground and it wont force people into the center it will control thier movements in a type of way, - ex if u run on the side of it it will give movement speed if u run on the side , if u run into middle it will slow you when u leave , use for zoning purposes on a charge base stat like total of 4 charge 30 seconds place one every 10 seconds last 25 seconds and decrease with levels , if they stnd in the center to long and cnt escape the will be stunned

W- passive: when you slow opponents you gain thier movement speed ability: you can control a gust of wind to either move opponents to certian area and push them, about half of a ali start head but then time for it to spawn will be malzahar Q , while gliding it will be know as a knock up

E- he levitates up and pushes all enemy away for 1 seconds while in the air he cant be hit but skill shots UNLESS they are air born , ex viager W , kogmaw ult ,karthus ult , ability that come from the sky u cant dodge

R- ultimate is what gives him a identity ok hear me out - after 5 second channel ( maybe shorter i dont know how to balance it yet ) can last for 30 seconds( still working on how the time works) he gains extra health, armor, mr, and his attackspeed is reduce to a flat amount .5 And his attack speed will be converted into attack damage and now his auto are a medium (about the size of old regeblade) and everyone he hits is slowed and gets knock backed, almost liek twitch these auto attacks can be dodged by flash or movement ability

overall his kite is a zoning type team fighting adc who can bring nice utility to a fight
very unique, we dont have a champ with a -zoning circle ( beside akali shroud)

  • knock back auto attacks
  • a god who is a adc
  • Wind lore to help tie with yasou and riven
  • a adc who can control his area and manipulate his enemy while not in a toxic fashion of hard cc -- IF U have any thoughts or questions or anything comment even if your comment is "fake and gay"

while the concept od an ADC who sacrifices damage for self-peeling is not at all a bad idea i do think whatever way this happens it will be far too powerful.

for instance Ashe is hard enough to balance with all her self-peeling and damage, she is somewhat ok now though.

another example is Kalista, she sacrifices damage by having to build stacks and mana/reset her rend on kill or be mowed down, she is when in the meta too powerful in skilled hands.

it will be a tough thing to balance.

as for the name;

Ventus (winds in latin), The winds of War (or whatever)

Eye of the storm (passive) : Ventus has an aura that manipulates the movement of those around him. Enemies and champions are periodically pull in towards Ventus, moving closer increases their speed, while moving away slows them down. Aura get's larger each level (largest similar to Janna's R)

Vortex (Q): Ventus creates a small vortex at a target location, manipulating movement. (i assume it moves counter clockwise for now) looks like Aurelon sol's starsurge A vortex is placed on the ground, champions following the vortex direction at the outter layer gain movement as long as they follow it. Champions going through the vortex inner layer are pulled to the center, they are slowed and if they reach the center, they are stunned for 1 second. after 4 seconds, the vortex explodes, dealing minor damage to those still in contact with it. (I don;t think it's fair if you steal thier movement speed)

Suction vent (W): Ventus creates a suction steam that quickly pulls champions caught towards a target location. Ventus choose a two locations, A wind flow is created, pushing champions towards it's second location. if they push towards a wall they take damage and are stunned for 2 seconds. Ventus can hold 3 charges. each charge builds up every 4-5 seconds

Wind Blades/Wind Strike (E): Ventus attacks pass though enemies, dealing damage. Passive: Ventus basic attacks pass through enemies dealinng 80% reduced damage Active: Ventus does a massive strike towards a target location, enemies that are slowed take 10% extra damage.

Vacuum (R): Ventus creates a vacuum around himself, blocking incoming ranged attacks. (skillshots and ranged atttacks) Aoe or target abilities not affected. Ventus is rooted and channels for 10 secs, creating a vacuum wall that surround him and grows in size, blocking skillshots and ranged attacks. enemies within the vacuum take DOT (damage over time) 5% total HP per second.

With this kit, he can manipulate the battlefield and still feel like a threat.

I replaced your E with the R, thought it was more interesting this way, like DOTA 2 void walker balckhole.

Changed his E to have a a new passive and active, and synergies with the slow effects of his Q and passive.

I assume he would have mana, as being able to spam his abilities would make him broken AF, but leave that up to you.
