Dunkmaster Illaoi skin?
Hardly any skins on Illaoi as is. I trust ya'lls creative genius in designing her 
Chromas could easily be added.

Of all the champions who should actually have a dunkmaster skin Illaoi is easily the most deserving. Her W not only dunks, but her idol already looks like a damn ball.

Make her tentacles the wacky wavy inflatable arm flailing tube-men, her ult does some colored lights and plays a spacejam-esque track with a court under the new spawned arms, her w could make her start dribbling the ball to dunk on some ho's, her E could be her pointing at someone to call them out (look like passing the ball to them with a trail behind it to keep it looking the same) and pulling their soul towards her (bonus points for shittily putting a jersey over the ghost like a rival player), and her q and slams could toss confetti about when they hit and make buzzer noises
