The Amazing Bardino (Cause bard needs another skin already, right?)

While I am a horrible artist, the concept would have him being a magician of course. He would most likely be wearing some sort of tux. with a large collar that covered his face, and a large top hat.

The meeps would be rabbits. Preferably popping out of top hats when they spawn. His q would be relatively the same with some more "magic" added on to it, aka change the color add some sparkles, and have the connecting like be the colorful scarves people pull out of their sleeves His w would have you turn into a dove. His e would could be a little top hat that when fully charged has some adorable fluffy animal pop out and sit in it. His r would once again be relatively the same too, since you really cant change it that much.

for taunts and jokes you could have him preform magic tricks.
