So i know riot doesnt really talk about skins. Regardless, is there a jinx skin at least in the works? Does anyone have concept art or ideas? Legendary? I feel like jinx is one of the champions that is hardest to work on for a skin but as well one of the most rewarding and flexible. Thoughts?

Like you said, our skins schedule is something we are not able to discuss. :( The best I can suggest is following the PBE forums and sites that track the PBE updates to get a sense of what skins are coming in the next patch.
Still would love to check out any Jinx skin ideas in this thread! 
Prison break jinx. finally caught by vi and cait, shes in an orange jumper with fishbones made from a pipe, minigun could be botched and have different coloured metal panels and zap could be a taser. it lets her be even more crazy due to solitary confinement adding to her normal personality. I'm sure jinx would find it fun to break out of a prison, a challenge at every turn and lots of stuff to blow up.
pool party jinx? with a small handwatergun a large supersoaker style watergun and a giant waterballoon launcher or you could always go with a giant beach ball for her ult maybe even a volleyball? yeah that would be kind of cool. Her E could be some sprinklers or something?

I've got the hunch of a life time that this lunar revel we'll get one.. It's long overdue and it's WAY too tasty to pass up. Firework ults and auto attacks? Chinese Dragon shaped Fishbones?!
maybe Vandal Jinx, give her more of a Goth Rocker theme; i'd dig that
I also feel like a Harley Quinn (batman, joker's lady) Theme is perfect. Same character archetype
How about a skin that involves hatsune miku as jinx? ^^ Like "evil hologram jinx" At least a sona skin that involves hatsune miku x3
Riot actually did say her's takes a bit of time due to the wavy hair and multi gun models. So it's coming just will be awhile.
Steamboat Jinx. A Jinx skin based on old timey cartoons.
Black and white, Fishbones is actually alive in a cartoony way (and Jinx would have new jokes where Fishbones' responded to her in a goofy voice), Jinx's spells do a "poof" or "bam" effect similar to Arcade Sona or Arcade Hecarim's effects, her snare traps would drop anvils on those rooted and explode, and her ult would be one of those classic rockets with a bunch of TNT strapped on.
To be honest, it could be anything, I just want a skin where Fishbones actually talks.
Heartseeker Jinx would be crazy, although she's probably going to be more like a heartbreaker. Oh or maybe Arcade Jinx.
Demongun Jinx
I dont have any art for it, due to the fact im not an artist, but i feel like a straight jacket jinx/ american horror story jinx would suit her craziness. Love the wedding crasher. Maybe an all black funeral jinx that's ult shoots a coffin, w is a boquet of dead roses, and her rockets are maybe a corpse looking thing? She is just so versitle as I feel is due a skin that would make her proud.
Nerf Gun Jinx? Maybe she could look like an everyday kid (eh, maybe not) and have 3 nerf guns, a minigun, a pistol, and...a nerf grenade launcher? Her ult would look super cool that way. Idk what you would do for her snare though.
Some type of Mario theme would be amazing. Can you imagine watching Jinx ulti across the map and getting hit in the face by the iconic Mario Bullet? Can't be mad at that.
