suggestions for champ and rune changes
So I have 2 Ideas for league gameplay:

, she has a charge based w with no slow and 3 charges (5 down at once max) that when she leaves amplifies and procs both parts of her passive, new e a short dash that damages enemies, like
e sized, but when she uses it in smoke she knocks enemies behind her by vaulting up them and kicking them in the back of the head that know them only a little, also if her r has no targets then she can throw snaring caltrops like

Also new rune page: Summoner that would have like, ghost poro, Summon: Aery, and one that would summon a creature that damages or slows, would be good for champs with minions, sustain damage dealers, and a few others that I forgot so tell me if this is a good idea anyone!
