Yordle Twins Concept

I recently watched this video released by Jeremy "Gaming" Curios, and it really intrigued me on what a complex kit it could have . So I went to conduct some research on the concept. I found a thread from way back in 2012 before I even started playing the game about a concept by a Summoner by the name of Absence Of Light, http://forums.euw.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=697711)I%27m . His concept really made me think how epic it would be if this was in league but I feel like it could go so many ways, with yordles being so diverse it seems the two places yordles haven't ventured is Noxus and Shurima. For Shurima perhaps with the way AoL ( Absence o' Light not America Online) described the twins being rare perhaps they could be ascended and referred to as gods being so lucky as to even having been considered lucky by the "shurimans?". Or they could be like some bloodthirsty savages from Noxus that bite people when you throw them. Or something along the line of them fighting over the blade of the ruined kings power where one got the sword and the other relies on their old magic powers idk yolo 420 swag its lit.
