Can only get raven Leblanc if you purchase a bunch of other skins?
I only want raven Leblanc but you can only get it if you pay a lot of RP for other skins I don't want.. Riot please make raven purchasable without all the other skins.

It's now a legacy skin, as are all holiday skins.

For example, Katarina's Kitty Cat skin was released in '10 harrowing and wasn't re-released until 2013 harrowing.

The only way to obtain this skin at the moment is through Mystery Gifting.
