Can only get raven Leblanc if you purchase a bunch of other skins?
I only want raven Leblanc but you can only get it if you pay a lot of RP for other skins I don't want.. Riot please make raven purchasable without all the other skins.

It was, in either 2013 or 2014 harrowing, can't remember which though I'm pretty certain it was '13.
It's now a legacy skin, as are all holiday skins.
Came out last years harrowing. It'll be out again for this years harrowing, if you want to purchase it separately.
Ravenborn LeBlanc is a legacy skin, which was available during the 2014 Harrowing.
The only way to obtain this skin at the moment is through Mystery Gifting.
