Rotating Game Mode: Ultimate Bravery

Ultimate Bravery is a fan-made game mode where your champion, summoner spells, item build (including order), and first basic skill to max are randomly selected for you. Why don't we try it as a rotating game mode?

Entering Champion Select, all ten summoners are assigned a random champion available to play and two random summoner spells. Everybody's final item build and first skill to be maxed will be visible to all summoners. Summoners will be assigned a random keystone mastery, but the 29 other points can be fully customized.

When players get into the game, the designated basic skill will be the only skill available to level up when possible, but all other points can be placed anywhere. Items can only be bought in order and cannot be sold, and opening the shop will only display your specific item build; however, potions and elixirs can still be purchased. Also, trinkets should be removed or replaced with something else, maybe a trinket that has an emote.
