Japanese Summer Festival skins this summer!

Ok, so I was thinking since anime is big in America there should be a Japanese summer festival type of skins where people can dress up in yukatas or other outfits. The artwork is in my head. I would picture Ahri in a yukata with a fox mask with a water balloon as her skin's version of her foxfire. Jinx at a shooting booth with a toy rifle trying to win a Ziggs toy. Amumu dressed as a little oni doll on a prize rack, crying of course because no one's won him. Yasuo in a samurai ensemble with a wooden sword. If any artists are reading this and could envision this, that would be awesome! I mean if there are pool party skins why not a Japanese summer festival type?

A Festival idea or some amazing traditional Japanese, or Japanese pop-culture based skins would be amazing to go with the debut of the eventual Japanese server... Unfourtunately the only Pop Culture based skins that would translate well would be anime/videogame based.

And when they do that, watch the chatrooms/boxes get filled with either weebing or hating.

I would love to have such skins in my library, that would be awesome, but for sake of every player's sanity I have to vote No.

Anime and japanese are different things.
