Singed Singed Skin

So besides thinking of the idea of this skin I did not put much though into the details of it. I just thought the idea of a Singed Singed skin would be cool. The gas could be smoke from him being on fire and stuff like that. Maybe his slow could be him spraying a fire extinguisher or something. Either way let me know what you think of the idea and maybe how you would design it, just wanted to see if people thought it was a cool idea or not.
