Will Riot ever make Rusty Blitzcrank acquirable
I cant be the only one who wants to see rusty blitzcrank made available for purchase (similar to urfwick) 150,000 blue essance would be awesome, i need this skin!

It will probably become available again when he finally gets the Ezreal-treatment, updating all his visuals to more modern standards (which also means changing the skin to be more than just a chroma).
