Skin Idea for J4

So guys... I was having a shower and an awesome idea came in my mind for the next Pool Party skins next year. 'POOL PARTY JARVAN 4'. Think about it, with his R he makes a giant children pool, his flag will be a falling umbrella, but I don't have an idea for his weapon and W animation. Maybe his weapon can looks something like 'Pool Party Fiora' or i don't know. I would be glad if you tell me what do you mean! :)
