I see clips almost everyday of Zoe picking up like 4 summoner spells in a single battle. She flashes like twice, ignites someone and uses barrier. I think there should be a cooldown of atleast 10 seconds. Summoner spells can make a huge difference in the game, hence the 5 minute cooldown or so. The fact that she can acquire them as use them in lane like they are nothing really speaks of how OP her W is.
zoe punishes players for using summoner spells gets a huge steroid for using said stolen SS (MS, ahri W but better, and an AA steroid,) + passive can get free activatables/SS from minions with the bubble
her W is flat out unfun, unfair, and rng based, 3 things that are really bad for someone to create
It needs to be removed and replaced with a more interesting spell that they can properly balance and give Zoe something she has full control over.
