Ninja Creation

I got an idea of a new champion, Can you make a Naruto like Champ with the nine tails fury on him like and rage or furry like Gnar or Slyvanna but only on low health. A fighter assassin with Q- being like a lightning style attack like the lightning blade charge that stuns but has a decent cooldown and increases the stun each time you lvl it up. W- can be a shadow clone decoy like WuKong but instead of 1 make 2 and they throw throwing stars forward while you escape or move on to the next target, each lvl can increase you shadow clone duration or gives you a armor buff or some buff. E- can be a shuriken throw and does slow, each lvl can increases the effectiveness of the throw. The R-/Ultimate can be a Rasengan, a wind style attack that the champ has in his hands and does knock back and does good damage, each lvl up increases the damage and the radius of the knock back. I was brain storming and watching anime all week and really thought this sounded really cool to have this champ in league cuz you have ninjas like Zed and Kennen, but i wanted to combine them to together and make this champ. I just started league of legends this week and can't get enough of it!!! thank you :>
