Death Blossom Kha'zix

I was wondering if anyone could tell me when I will be able to purchase the Death Blossom Kha'zix skin. I'very heard othersome have played with the skin since the last patch, yet it is still listed as "unavailable" for me. I am a new player, currently playing Kha'zix and I'm really excited for this skin.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

People have been playing it on the test server, which you have to apply to get in to for a limited time. I don't think it's released on any of the actual servers yet unless I've missed it somewhere.
