Fan Warwick Re-Work Concept

Since Riot has been releasing some rework champions, I went ahead and made my own version of the Warwick rework. Everything here is what I think would be a pretty cool concept. Here goes:
Warwick's identity to me is that he is a sustain jungler who is very good at chasing. Although he is good at chasing and sustain his damage output is relatively low at early levels. He relies on some items to do well and is a fighter so he will have some natural bulk.

Passive: Lone Wolf: If Warwick is not near any allies, he gains deals 2/4/7% of his maximum health in magic damage on hit. If Warwick is near allies, he gains bonus 2-10% armor and magic resist.

Q: Hungering Strike: Passive: Warwicks autos deal bonus 3-16 magic damage and heals him for the same amount. Active: Warwicks next 2 auto attacks deal bonus 25/35/45/55/65(+.7 Bonus AD) and doubles the passive heal. If the champion is debuffed, the healing is tripled.

W: Hunters Roar: Warwick howls and gains 20/25/30/35/40% attack speed. If Warwick is near debuffed champions or sees any champion under 50%, he gains 15/25/30/35/40% movement speed over 2/3/4 seconds decaying at second.

E: Blood Scent: Passive: Champion Warwick attacks or Leap!/Vicious Maul applys "Mark of the Hunted" for 3/4/5 seconds. Warwick can reapply the debuff after 3 seconds of expiring. Warwick has increased movement speed moving towards marked champions and champions under 50% health. Toggle: Warwick also gains vision of champions under 50% health.

R: Leap!/Vicious Maul: First Activation: Warwick jumps to a target location, slowing enemies in the area by 20/40/60% decaying over 1/1.5/2 seconds. Second Activation: Warwick jumps to a target champion pinning them to the ground, supressing them for 1.5 seconds and dealing 150/250/350 (+.8 AD).
