Champion Idea/Concept

I dont have any artwork to show, but i wanted to get this idea out there and get everyones thoughts. Thanks to our awesome developers, League of Legends has not just a great variety of champions, but champion playstyles and a great amount of historical and mythical influences on those champions. But we dont yet have a champ that uses a sling to hurl projectiles, and I feel that this would create a really cool playstyle and make for some cool gameplay and teamfighting abilities, such as the ability to pick up and sling other champion abilities back (think picking up ziggs W, Teemo R, or Thresh W). We already have Zoe who can use enemy summoner spells against them, and Sivir who can outright block champion abilities, but not a champ that can commandeer entire champ abilities and use them against the sender, and I think this would be a really cool concept and new feature to use.

DISCLAIMER: This is a new account, but it isn't my first, its actually my 3rd. My first was permabanned( 100% deserved, back in 2016 when i was toxic and let the game get to me, the second was abandoned bc of MMR and a desire to "start over". I have been playing since 2015, and am primarily a Mid/Top player. As all players do, I have played several champs across lanes since starting, including, Pantheon/Yorick/Gnar in Top. Viktor(current main since 2016)/Orianna/(Old) Akali & Kat in Mid, Nidalee/Skarner/Elise in JG, Ashe/Jhin/Kalista in Bot, and Leona/Thresh/Nami in Sup. I know this doesnt matter, but I included my champ pool to let others understand that I appreciate how a champs gameplay and kit fit into a team.

Please feel free to criticize and offer suggestions, but do it respectfully, and try, atleast try, to see the positive in my suggestion. (far too often do I see comments, some in reply to my posts, completely shoot down and trash someones good idea, just becuase it doesnt completely, 100% fit into the commenter's opinion, instead of offering advice and tweaks.)
