WHEN IS ORNN GONNA GET A FREAKING SKIN

Hi there, with the release of infernal skins, I can think of no better edition than ornn. I understand Volibear is getting a rework, which will likely come out with a voli vs ornn skin line, but how long is this gonna take? Do i need to wait for christmas with a Santa Ornn skin? Like please, goodness gracious.
