Demacia vs Noxus vs Other Factions Sports

I honestly think that Garen or Jarven should have gotten the next Dunkmaster skin. All the Demacians and Noxians should have a Dunkmaster Skin and Cheerleader Skin for their rightful faction. This doesn't mean that all the girls need to be cheerleaders and all the guys need to be playing the game. Mix it up, have some of the girls play the game and some of the guys do cheerleading lol. I know Ivern is getting a new skin but if this is the case then shouldn't all champions of rightful factions get skins like Dunkmaster and Cheerleader? Their colors of their uniform can determine where their faction is. This is just a thought.
