I had a decent idea to create a type of skin for all the champions. Hear me out, it is this skin that is all glitchy and you would make one for every champion but you cant buy it or get them from hextech crafting. I thought maybe you could give one skin to every player and say someone hacked Riot and gave everyone a Glitch skin. You could had them out at random or who they used the most or their most recent champion played or their highest champion mastery.
This is by far the stupidest idea I've ever seen posted on the forums please take this trash somewhere else.

Agreeing with King, I would retract the description of that idea as "decent." Next the skins could look as if a small pixel and mask what the owner is doing and a glitched skin's animations could be tampered with as well as their target size. There is so much wrong about that. The chroma-packs are about as far as I would go with player-customization. Plus I don't really feel like fighting against a phallic Zac skin personally.
I think it should be something that everyone can buy only one of for 1 IP. That way they can have control over which char they get it on. Maybe they want a skin for a champ that they don't like any of the other skins on, or they already have a few skins on the champs they play the most and wouldn't use it on them anyway.
Remember the time mundo was totally glitched? That is what this thread reminds me of.
