I had a decent idea to create a type of skin for all the champions. Hear me out, it is this skin that is all glitchy and you would make one for every champion but you cant buy it or get them from hextech crafting. I thought maybe you could give one skin to every player and say someone hacked Riot and gave everyone a Glitch skin. You could had them out at random or who they used the most or their most recent champion played or their highest champion mastery.

It's a skin, don't use it if you don't want. It's not something that would hurt gameplay.

It's a glitchy skin appearance, not a glitch in the programming of the way it interacts with the game. If you can't adjust to a character having static or its effects being a little different each time they cast them than maybe you should play something more like Hello Kitty.

Riot had to adjust their own skins because they made clickable targets larger or smaller than the norm. So it would be in the player's best interest to make their skin as small as possible. Also, thinking it good for the community left to its own devices in creating skins shows great faith in humanity. I'm sure we would see all parts of the human anatomy running around as custom skins. Shawham1 votesAgreeing with King, I would retract the description of that idea as "decent." Next the skins could look as if a small pixel and mask what the owner is doing and a glitched skin's animations could be tampered with as well as their target size. There is so much wrong about that. The chroma-packs are about as far as I would go with player-customization. Plus I don't really feel like fighting against a phallic Zac skin personally.
Illuminary4201 votesI think it should be something that everyone can buy only one of for 1 IP. That way they can have control over which char they get it on. Maybe they want a skin for a champ that they don't like any of the other skins on, or they already have a few skins on the champs they play the most and wouldn't use it on them anyway.

It's a promo for good will and customer apprieciation, possibly for a gamewide anniversary. Plus the skins should be pretty easy to make, just throw some static/double image effects on the basic ones. The 1 IP is something they have already done in the shop before for Icons because it was for something that they wanted to give away for free but it was just easier and didn't need any extra programming of the shop system. That would give people the freedom to chose the one that they wanted an extra skin to be on.
