Viktor Skin Concept

First of all, I know I'm probably being bias as Viktor is one of my favorite champions, but I think Riot has been giving too much attention to champs that already have a lot of skins. I understand that they are popular and will make more money but please, we have many small communities playing "unloved" champions too! (Lux skins have actually turned into a meme). BUT LISTEN! Ultron themed/inspired Viktor skin! It would be very fitting, and there's a lot of potential to make the skin Legendary, or at least very good in quality (I personally think Creator Viktor was kind of a disappointment so please Rito).
