Maokai is the real god of URF, I'd say. I mean... It's really probably Zed but Maokai is at least silly.

Mao doesn't stand a chance vs Galio. 400Ap and he's almost impossible to kill, but you can still do it sometimes. Once he get's even more Ap you can't do shit. He'll just heal from anything you do to him and run around with 200+ resistances...permanently.

Galio only shines in Urf because of the no-mana costs. In game he is powerful as well, but nos as oppressive because of huge mana costs. He was the same last URF, I dunno about the first one though.
