Require Points with an Champion before you can play Rank

Hey League of Legends Player,

I have a good Idea, too make Ranked a little bit better. Often I have in my Rankeds people which has 0-1000 Points with an Champ, which is in my Opinion definitley too less. I mean, 1000 Points are about 3-4 Games. So the people which testing their Champions in Ranked dont have any experience with them and dont know about the mechanics and something more. I thought a little bit about it and I got a solution for that: before you can play this Champion in Ranked, you have to get some Points (approximately 5000-10000 Points, that should be 10-20 games), so you dont have people, which starts to feed, because they play a hard Champion for the first time. What do you think about it? Should Riot set a limit, before you can pick an Champion in Ranked?

So you want a requirement to play 200-400 games before you can play ranked with 80-90% of those games on champions you don't plan on playing in ranked games?

so lets say that for that each lane if you get filled and can not swap becouse whatever bs you have to learn: Top: 1 tank 1 bruiser 1 ranged poke/mage just in case Jg:1 assa 1 tank Mid: 1 mage 1 assa Supp: 1playmeker/offtank 1 encha adc:1 hypercarry 1 hard early winner so that is 11 champs 110 games at least and if any gets banned it is fubar for you. Oh i just noticed then you could not play ranked becouse you need 30 champs for that , about 300 games just to play ranked. yeah this won't happen, the reason is simple.
