[Skin Concept] Gentleman Shaco [Assassinating in a sexy way]

Note #1: I'm sorry I can't add sketches but I'm willing to type in down in detail. (I might add sketches if I can draw well) Note #2: This won't be using the regular thin bodied Shaco. Note #3: My ideas aren't really out of the ordinary Note #4: I'll add pictures referring to the appearance I chose so you can make something out of it.

Gentleman Shaco . -Legendary Tier Skin or Epic Tier-

This is as close as I can get to the upper and head view of what I'm trying to portray.

Appearance :

General - A young man in his 20's. Decent body build and not thin as sticks.

Head - We'll be using a full face mask. Plain white mask with dark sharp holes as eyes and a slightly large but thin smile(We can add a moustache). Ears exposed and hair is slicked back or edgy.

Body - Black and white long sleeves and a vest (White being the dominant color)

Lower - Black slacks to match with the combo.

Shoes - Leather shoes (nuff said)

Accessories - White leather gloves, pocket watch that hangs near his slacks from belt to pocket. 

Walk animation - Regular walk, straight body and such. Run animation - Dashing head first, while tailcoat flutters. VO - Voice of a decent young man.

Skills : (I had 2nd thoughts with the skill particles as they can't really add much to be a legendary tier skin)

Q - Vanishes in slight fade with tiny white shiny particles that fall down to the ground

W - A shiny music box, where the figure inside has a moustache as well and is throwing darts or butter knife (plays music while active)

E - Throws a dart or butter knife (white particle trail)

R - Vanishes in an instant but with dark shiny particles that fall to the ground.

Sample lines : (I'll probably add more, but I suck at these)

Joke 1 - "What kind of tea is hard to swallow? Reality(tea)" *laughs*

Dance : Start with a bow, and call on a FEMALE (in appearance, hair change) Shaco clone and start ballroom dancing and end with Shaco performing the pose of Tango TF and Eve and make his clone go poof in white particles.
