Lore: Bird Man. (WIP)

Passive: Free Spirit

[Gains movement out of combat before flying. Combat and cc remove speed boost and apply slow, negates first cc] After 5/4.5/4 seconds out of combat , Caelum will begin gaining 25% move speed per second until he reaches 100%/115%/130% move speed, where he will lift off of the ground and begin to fly. Dealing damage, receiving damage from champions, and any disabling effects (cc),the first instance of said disabling effect being negated, will knock Caelum out of the sky, applying a 50% slow that decays over 2/1.5/1 second(s).

Q: Swipe

Cost: 40/42.5/45/47.5/50 mana Range: 1200 Cooldown: 3/2.75/2.5/2.25/2 sec [Projectile that passes through units and deals reduced damage to units after first] Caelum swipes through the air, sending razor thin blades of air that pass through enemies. The blades deal 50/65/80/95/110 physical damage (+75% bonus ad) to the first target hit, dealing 30%/32.5%/35%/37.5%/40% damage to all subsequent targets. Applies 15 Updraft.

W: Swift Strikes

Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 Cooldown: 24/23/22/21/20 sec [Auto attack modifier buff that increases attack speed, ignores resistances and applies aoe] Caelum speeds up his auto attacks for 4/4.25/4.5/4.75/5 seconds, turning them into deadly air daggers. The air daggers ignore 20%/22.5%/25%/27.5%/30% of targets armor and magic resist. When the daggers hit, they burst, dealing 50% damage to enemies in a 100 unit radius around the target. Auto attacks apply 10 Updraft while Swift Strikes is active, as well as applying updraft to those affected by the aoe.

E: Spiral Dive

Cost: 50/45/40/35/30 mana Range: 500 Cooldown: 15/13/11/9/7 sec [Dash that can knock champions back] Caelum closes his wings rapidly, sending him spiraling through the air toward target location. Any enemies within 125 units on either side of Caelum are knocked back 300 units. Caelum can only dash over terrain if Free Spirit is active. Applies 20 Updraft.

R: Wind's Embrace

Cost: 120/110/100 mana Range: 1600/2000/2200 Cooldown: 100/90/80 sec Passive: Caelum's abilities and auto attacks apply Updraft to enemy champions. The amount of Updraft on an enemy champions determines the effect Wind's Embrace has on that champion. Auto attacks apply 5 Updraft per attack. Updraft decays by 10 per second after 3 seconds of not being procced. Active: After a 1 second cast time, Caelum calls upon the wind to embrace the enemy champions. He summons an area 800 units wide that applies a Damage Over Time effect for its 5 second duration, dealing 100/175/250 physical damage (+ 70%/75%/80% bonus ad) per second to all enemies. If the enemy has 0 - 49 Updraft, a 25%/27.5%/30% slow is applied to them. If they have 50 - 79 Updraft, they are rooted for 1/1.5/2 seconds. If they 80 - 100 Updraft, the enemies are instead pulled towards Caelum at 50/75/100 units per second. After casting, Caelum receives a debuff reducing his damage and attack speed by 80%\75%\70%, decaying over 5 seconds. Caelum can be interrupted during the cast, in which the cool down will be reduced to 10/7.5/5 seconds. (NOTE: Walking towards or perpendicular to Caelum during 80-100 Updraft will not prevent movement. Moving towards will allow regular speed plus the amount thechampion is being pulled. Leaving the 800 unit wide area will stop effecting the champ.)

that seems like a hefty debuff to me on first read that would seem like ulting isnt worth the damage unless ur purely going for a killshot then backing out also from 50-79 a 4 second root is insanely high thats enough to root em eat dinner then come back and kill as a team...even ryze's snare maxed can permalock someone and thats not even close to 4 seconds....just way too long how about .75/1/1.5 or 1/1.25/1.5

Interesting, i like the more "magey" vibe i am getting from him as an adc, i kinda imagine him throwing air waves as his basics rather than using a weapon of some kind, only one other adc that doesn't use a ranged weapon and he's a void worm dog thing....also a 2.5 second cast time seems a pretty hefty warning for a pb aoe, keeping in mind Pantheon's spell has a huge range and moves him and it has a 2 sec cast time before he jumps, and only a 1.5 sec cast time before he lands, i know thats a 3.5 sec cast time all totaled but its still only 1.5 sec warning for the people under where he will land. I would either increase the aoe to 1000 (same size as trundles frozen domain) or decrease the cast time, or both depending on how you wan to do it.

I think the ult does way too much damage. I would be careful about making an aoe ult that scales off of AD, that can snowball very very fast. Although it is only Bonus AD, so maybe that wouldn't be so bad. I think maybe reducing the damage and scaling back on the price Caelum pays afterwards would make it a little more balanced, but still offer some opportunity to counterplay if it misses. Very cool concept, I like the passive, maybe find more ways to empower his other abilities when Free Spirit is fully active

Hi there! This sounds like a great champion. I made a champion, Nova, the Terror of the Skies, whom this reminds me of. :)

Also, I want to ask you something. You should take a look at this: http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/miscellaneous/7iW6ALvc-project-aria. I'm not sure why but people are downvoting it haha and it got buried in the boards. I think you might be interested if you enjoyed designing Caelum! :D

I think it's great, it's just that the 2050 health imo is too much for a ranged marksman. Maybe tone it down a little?
