"Quick Play" Official Game mode idea?

So I haven't been able to play League much because the games are always so long , so I have an idea for a new game mode. It could be called "Quick Play" or "Quick Game" or anything of the sort, and it would be like a normal League game, but the map could be modified to have less turrets to destroy to enable games in this map to be much faster. What do you think?

So basically similar to Dota's Turbo Mode where the whole game is faster with weaker turrets, more gold gain, and generally making the game easier for quicker matches.
