Alien Invader Heimerdinger

I just recently crafted the Alien Invader skin for Heimerdinger and i was pretty dissapointed, it said it was a legendary skin, and legacy, but it only changes the turret? Even simple colour changes, also the rings that circle around Heimerdinger should be ufos or something, i just dont think this is a good legendary skin.
