Siniv - The End [(Spoopy) Champion Concept]

Bio A once great Celestial protected all life of a distant galaxy, corrupted by the void and now serves the void and one of its greatest monsters.

Appearance Giant space phoenix like creature that has been corrupted by the void.

Passive: Presence of Despair Enemies that remain in combat with Sinuv for extended periods of time receive the debuff Despair. Despair: Taking direct damage from abilities will briefly fear this target.

Q: The Impending Siniv Disperses himself and swirls around a targeted enemy champion or monster. The target is continuously slowed, and after a few seconds, siniv reappears dealing massive magic damage to the target and all nearby enemies.

W: The Endless Plague Passive: Whenever Siniv suffers damage from an enemy champion, he launches a slow moving mist to the source of damage. On impact the mist deals minor magic damage, and taints the ground for the next few seconds, causing all enemies inside of the area to continuously suffer percent missing health magic damage and for a brief period after leaving the area.

E: Not Even the Dead Rest Passive: Enemies that die while in combat with Sinuv explode, dealing magic damage to other nearby enemies and spread The Endless Plague to all enemies damaged Active: Sinuv wills his Plague to grow. All Plague zones, grow in size and deal an additional flat amount of magic damage for a moderate amount of time.

R: The Hopeless World Siniv commands all of The Endless Plague to collapse onto a target location. Enemies at the location suffer from massive magic damage, and continuously suffer from percent health magic damage scaling with how much of The Endless Plague was consumed on cast.
