Rundus11 votesYou shut your mouth. He is a heal tank, not a cc tank. He fills that roll better than any other (besides Garen but thats out of combat). His role just demands he either be op or up, and he got a moment of spotlight. He is fine as is if anyone ever gets grievous wounds against him.
I Miss Cannon1 votesYeah either he's ridiculously op to the point that you want to go afk when he's on the enemy team or he's so useless you want to report your team mate for trolling if he picks him. Very good game design, bravo tank main. Your main class is healthy I suppose. Guess it's no rumor the champions they play says much about people.
Rundus11 votesI wish I played tanks more, but Mundo, poppy and Braum are about it for tanks for me. I Leona sometimes, but I usually like mages more. The reason I say Mundo has a good design is because of his simple theme that becomes immensely fun to play when done right, and humorous to play when done wrong. When Mundo was underpowered, he was still tanky as heck, but he did no damage and just became a wandering, tanky nuisance that spiked mid game (when he had the chance to get ahead), but then fell off later and just became annoying to kill. Even then it was fun to not die and go wherever, and it was comical to try and kill him unless you were fed and he was behind. When Mundo was op, it was the same thing but he also out-damaged people like Riven, Zed, and Yasuo early on and got too tanky for them later. He did his job of undying healtank that does what he wants a bit too well. His theme and kit fit wonderfully, but any champ designed to be extremely difficult to kill will always have issues with either being too tough and being able to 1 v 5 and be fine (even if he didn't get any kills and just ran through them) or being so weak he can't survive having any carry catch him out (which wouldn't fit his theme of Mundo going where he pleases). This is the problem with all tanks, but Mundo especially as he can snowball very well b/c of his scaling damage and defense (which fits the sadomasochism theme). The only way to fix this is to make him strong against everything and make people itemize or group against him (like the juggernauts were) or to make him weak enough that he can be 1v1'd by anyone who uses their champ's mechanics right, which would ruin his identity. He honestly is pretty in-between right now, where certain people can 1v1 him and certain ones need to group up on him. This is ideal, as he has a nice niche and isn't too op. They even gave ad champs an item to keep him from healing in fights. He's pretty healthy, if not in need of some defensive puffs now that his offense has been hit so hard, but that's just my observations from playing him and playing against him.

Exactly, I understand he has been given two skins already, faster than other champs but the academy skin is... Lame to say the least. He needs something more exciting and visually pleasing.

looks awesome. however it will probably look bad in the game because of its detail and high color work. looks way too good. it will look bad because the game just doesn't have that level of detail. yeah but. I'd like an arcade ekko or something like that.
