Ranked and normals 1versus1?

Hi there mates, i'd like to give you one idea for League of Legends ...can Riot create a 1v1 ranked or normal matches? I think it would be very nice that you can play alone, and get a ranked position on that... because these days, more than 50% of player flame the others... and i think it would be very nice if you could have a rank based only on how you play, even if League of Legends is a game in which you need to communicate with the team.
