Minimum download

Here's a fun idea: A playable minimum for downloading. The meta map is Summoner's rift, doesn't it make sense to let people play while the other maps and game modes are downloading?

I spent way too long downloading the lobby, only for it to blare exciting fanfare and at me...and not work because it still has to download 15gb...
