Skin Collections?

I know this will probably never be read, but I had an interesting thought for the new clients "Collection" tab. As of right now the only way to look at what skins you have (there are over 500 skins in the game), is to click on a champion and go to the skin section. Could Riot create a window to show all the skins that a summoner owns and organize it by champion on one scrollable page?

I know I have a lot of skins due to the hextech crafting system, and multiple skins for champions I hardly play.
