Super Hero Zac

Hey Riot, I had the greatest idea for this champion to add more SUPER HERO! Skins. Like teemo he was the only one with a costume that allowed the champion to fly. I believe it would be a great seller if we had a Super Hero Zac. He does have the ability to bounce around and splash just like a average super hero. He could have his own outfit. Super Zac as his title for the skin and the outfit can still allow a mask and keep his green feature'd color. The rest is up to you =]
