Updated champion Concept - Orongo, the King of the Jungle

This is an updated concept, slightly reworked version of my old champion Concept, Orongo, the king of the Jungle. I deleted the old thread, but what little feedback it got all said it would be much better if I put power into his W, as opposed to it being a small something on the side. So, without further ado, here is my WIP champion concept - Orongo, the King of the Jungle.

Passive - Monstrous toughness **Monstrous Toughness:**Orongo takes 10/15/20/25% Less damage from attacks based off %MaxHP. This ability upgrades at levels 6/11 and 16. Giant: Orongo is huge, and barges aside allied minions, slightly displacing them to make room for him.

Q - Clap Mana: 60/70/80/90/100 Cooldown: 13/12/11/10/9 Orongo claps in front of him, dealing 50/70/90/110/130 (+40% Total AD) Damage to all enemies in a cone shape in front of him. Enemies hit are dragged directly in front of Orongo, dealt an additional 20/40/60/80/100 (+20% Total AD) damage and stunned for 1.25 Seconds.

W - Tremors Mana: 50/55/60/65/70 Cooldown: 7 Passive: Orongo's massive weight causes tremors on the ground as he moves. Orongo creates tremors every 1 second, decreasing by 0.1 seconds for every 100 Bonus movement speed (Minimum delay 0.4 Seconds). Tremors slow by 10% for 0.7 seconds and deal 30/50/70/90/110 (+5% Armor) (+5% MR) (+10% Max HP) physical damage. Active: Orongo slams the ground, causing 3 Tremors worth of damage to all enemies within tremor range. Enemies very close to Orongo are knocked up for 1 second, and enemies further away are slowed by 60% for 1.5 seconds

E - Fling Mana: 90 Cooldown: 15/14.5/14/13.5/13 Orongo hurls a banana-trap (Or something similar) that slows the first enemy hit by 70% for 1 second. If the skillshot lands, Orongo can reactivate the ability to leap to the target and take a bite out of them, dealing 7% (+1% per 75 AD) of the Enemy's Max HP as physical damage (Max 300 vs Monsters). After biting an enemy, Orongo is healed for 20/25/30/35/40 (+40% AP) (+10% Total AD), doubled on an enemy champion, large minion, large or epic monsters.

R - King of the Jungle Orongo is sent into a wild frenzy, gaining either 60% Movement speed or 175 Movement speed, whichever is larger, as well as 30% Bonus Armor and Magic Resist and increasing the damage reduction of his passive by 50%.. Additionally, Tremor's passive slow is increased by 40% and Tremor's active slow is increased by 10%.

He would be a top lane/jungle tank, with core items probably being Dead man's plate, Steraks Gage into generic tank items such as randuins, spirit visage and knights vow, etc. He would have strong pushing with the consistent damage from W-Tremors and would be good in teamfights due to the AoE CC provided by both W and Q.
