so why after so many people signed to have to skin back why would dose riot make it impossible for 99% of the community to even get it? 10 people out of 300,000 got it last time they did this. there are so many people iv talk to that state they would willingly pay upwards of $100+ for the skin in the market place. in my own personal opinion you are not being fair to those of us that joined after season 2 ,i understand its a reward for those that played back then,but what about the new riven players that will never be able to own there most wanted skin. if your going to bring it back you should at least make it able to buy.

What does a petition or poll have anything to do with it? And if you really wanted to get it, then they have (had?) it available as a prize for Worlds pick'em if you get everything right. But I'm going to go out on a limb here and say you didn't play that

I lost my chance for Championship Riven, cause I thought that Pain Gaming would actually be good players and not bronze players who somehow ended up in worlds by msitake...
