another boost when blocking a spell (spellshield)

i just had the idea for a new buff when you block a spell with a spell shield: "....... blocks the next aility used on him/her within the next x second, if the ability you block isn't a ultimate ability u can recast it once during the next x second"

please say me if you enjoy the idea and on wich kind of champion do you think this spell can be add
