[Champion Concept] Mobile High CC Support

Hey all, this is my champion concept for a sword and shield support i'd like to be in league (obviously not going to happen lmao but i can dream), i've been told she's probably too strong but numbers can be adjusted, and things can be changed/removed. Overall I just like the way I made her play out! She could go AD as most her damage scales with it, but she mostly scales with both health and AP. I hope you guys like it, and I would appreciate some feedback, thanks! <3

Moxxi, The Caretaker

I'm Fine [Passive], Whenever Moxxi gets damaged, 40% (+ 0.5% of Moxxi's maximum health) (+ 30% AP) of her lost health gets grayed out, up to a cap of 100%,. After not being in combat for 3 seconds, the grayed out health is slowly transfered to all allies near her equally.

Adiotionally, damaging enemy champions reduces her cooldowns on all her abilities by 1 second (this effect has a 20 scaling down to 12 (depending on level) second cooldown.)

Courageous Charge [Q]

Moxxi charges forward with her sword and shield. While charging, she holds her shield in front of her, reducing all incoming damage by 10% (+ 0.2% of Moxxi's maximum health). At the end of the charge, she stops and slashes with her sword, dealing 50/90/130/170/210 (+ 70% AD) (+ 3.5% of Moxxi's maximum health) as physical damage, and slowing enemies for 13/16/19/22/25% (+ 0.5% of Moxxi's maximum health).

Whenever an enemy is hit by this ability, they are marked for 4 seconds. Enemies marked that get hit by this ability once again will get stunned for 1 second.

If hit during the charge, apart from reducing the damage, she empowers her crowd control, adding 10% more slow, or 0.5 more seconds of stun time. [Cooldown: 22/20/18/16/14s]

Finish Them! [W]

Moxxi holds her blade with both her hands and sweeps all enemies in a circle around her. Enemies hit take 20/40/80/100/120 (+ 50% AD) (+ 2.5% of Moxxi's maximum health) damage and are knocked up.

For each enemy hit, the cooldown on this ability is reduced by 1 second. [Cooldown: 22s]

Stand Your Ground! [E]

Moxxi dashes to a target ally's position and may cast this ability a second time to decide in which direction she wants to aim her shield. She remains with the ally for 1 second. The shield blocks the next enemy or ally ability that were to hit it from the front. When hit, the ally champion will recieve a shield for 50/65/70/85/100 (+ 120% AP) health for 5 seconds, and they both get knocked back in the oppsite direction where the attack came from, gaining 15% (+ 30% AD) (+ 80% AP) bonus movement speed decaying for 2 seconds. If the ability the shield reflected was a friendly ability, that ally also gets the movement speed bonus.

If when knocked back, she hits an enemy champion, they'll get stunned for 1 second.

Moxxi can also use this ability on herself, maintaining position for 2 seconds or until she is hit by an ability. If this is the case, the shield is instead applied to herself and is 1.5 times stronger.

This ability also refreshes her Q cooldown when succesful and empowers it, increasing its damage dealt by 10% and the range by 200 units. [Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14s]

We Shall Be Triumphant! [R]

After a short channel time, Moxxi targets an enemy champion. Said champion pulls all enemies in range to their position, slowing them for 10/20/30% (+ 10% AP) (+ 1% of Moxxi's maximum health) for 1.5 seconds.

Aditionally, she empowers her allies with a powerful inspiring war cry, giving them 10/20/30 (+ 5% AP) more of each protections, 15/20/25% (+ 5% AP) extra attack speed, and 10/20/30% (+ 10% AP) (+ 1% of Moxxi's maximum health) movement speed for 4/6/8 seconds. [Cooldown: 130/115/100s]
