SHACO the forgotten assassin!

I'm not sure if its just me but i feel that shaco like few other champs have been just completely forgotten. i really would like support to possible have RIOT take notice that shaco is SUPER bugged. I can understand people don't like him much due to poor popularity. BUT he can be an amazing bruiser/assassin. PLEASE give shaco some love and fix his issues. EVERYONE let me know your opinion.

I think he's a reasonably viable choice in solo queue (fun fact - in Gold+, Shaco has something like a 54% win rate on Korean servers, and about a 53% win rate on NA). Unfortunately, he also sucks ass to play against. So, until he gets reworked, I would not be enthused to see significant increases to his power level.
