Singed passive rework

I would love to see singed have a new passive, basicly it would be a mini TearofTheGoddess, Every time u use the laugh emote u gain a charge of the passive. i was thinking something like 0.5 mana per laugh emote, with a CD of 5 sec. This would free up a inventory slot as building a Tear is a must but the bonus of the upgraded Tear AP is meh for Singed, Really people want to they could still buy a Tear. I know i spam the laugh emote when playing singed as much as possible and what a fun passive it would be.

I aprove this msg. But the only reason people buy tear on singed is because of his passive if they changed then no one would. PS: I know your joking but big hole in your joke and I have no other choice then to poke it.

Get with the program no one uses tear anymoar when you can rush 1-doran rings or a flask for the duration of lane phasing until you have the MP built up form leveling to sustain q for longer periods. Honestly I hardly ever have mana problems on singed mid-late game its always early game.

2 problems with your comment:

This is a joke thread, he isn't being serious.
Tear on singed is almost a necessity, considering his passive gives him 1hp everytime tear gives him 4mp. It's not about Mana consumption, it's about capitalizing on his passive.
