Passive: The Endless Plague Whenever Siniv suffers damage from an enemy champion, he launches a slow moving mist to the source of damage. On impact the mist deals 15/20/25 (+10% AP) magic damage, and taints the ground for the next 4 seconds, causing all enemies inside of the area to continuously suffer 0.5%/1%/1.5% (+0.75% AP) missing health magic damage and for 2.5 seconds after leaving the area.

CD: 2/1.33/0.66/0 seconds at lvl 1/6/11/16 Range: maximum of 1800 Size: 250 radius Speed: 400 Animation: slow self perpetually inward spiralling black and grey mist that merges into abnormal shapes when touching each other.

Q: Impending Doom Siniv Disperses himself into a shade becoming untargetable and swirls around a targeted enemy champion or monster for up to 3 seconds. The target is slowed by an increasing amount up to 40%/55%/70%/85%/99% at 3 seconds. At the end of the duration Siniv reappears dealing up to {maxed at 3 seconds} 80/130/180/230/280 (+75% AP) magic damage to the target and all nearby enemies scaling down to 33% at the edges.

CD: 24/22/20/18/16 Cost: 70/80/90/100/110 Cast Range: 550 Detonate Size: 300 radius Animation: An enlarged shadow over the target that spirals into more and more of the shape of Sinuv over the duration and at the end of the duration a shadow of Sinuv swoops down causing dust to be kicked up at the edges.

W: Presence of Despair Sinuv summons a cloud of The Endless Plague around himself for 4 seconds. Enemies inside for the entire duration, are feared for 1.75 seconds and take 60%/70%/80%/90%/100% increased damage from** The Endless Plague** for the next 5 seconds.

CD: 22/20/18/16/14 Cost: 75/80/85/90/95 Plague Range: 600 radius Fear range: 400 Animation: a Cluster of the blackish grey Endless Plague circling Sinuv with an occasional pale blue or white soul releasing from it.

E: Not Even the Dead Rest Passive: Enemies that die while in combat with Sinuv explode, dealing 30/45/60/75/90 (+25% AP) magic damage to other nearby enemies and spread The Endless Plague to all enemies damaged. Active: Sinuv curses The Endless Plague for the next 8/9/10/11/12 seconds. All of The Endless Plague zones become 10%/20%/30%/40%/50% larger and refresh their duration. Additionally The Endless Plague deals an additional 25/40/55/70/85 (+15% AP) bonus magic damage per second.

CD: 36/33/30/27/24 after effect ends Cost: 100 Range: infinite Passive size: 100 radius explosion Aniations: P: after a brief delay the unit explodes in a cloud of purple and black mist, staining the ground. A: The endless plague takes on a purple hue and begins to dimly glow

R: The Hopeless World Siniv commands all of The Endless Plague to collapse onto a target location. Enemies at the location suffer 300/450/600 (+80% AP) magic damage. The zone will then continuously deal 4%/5%/6% (+2% AP) of all targets missing health each second for 5 seconds. Sinuv will not create any The Endless Plague while this ability is active.

CD: 150/135/120 Cost: 100 Target area select range: 750 Zone size: 500 radius Animation: All of the Endless Plague flies to the edge of the zone before flying upward off screen then crashing down creating a thick dark swirling cloud with a lot of souls leaving from the edges staining the ground for an extended period of time a dark black and purple.
