Skin selection outside of champ select screen??

How does this not exist yet? It would be nice to be able to go through my champs and set which skins I want to use outside of the champ select screen at my own leisure. Just a suggestion...what do you guys think?

Unless you own all of the Ashe or Ryze skins or something, it doesn't seem that hard to do during champ select...
