This skin would look amazing if you think about it. Every time you use his ult to level up one of his abilities. 
could yell LEVEL UP all dramatic and would look pretty good with the final boss Veiger and battle boss Blitcrank. Too bad i cant draw otherwise i would have draw this cool looking skin i thought about in my head
Dragonmaster Swain would be cooler.
Oh man, that actually sounds pretty awesome! I'd imagine it'd have some small graphics showing stuff like "AP + blah blah blah, AD + bluh bluh bluh, etc." like when you level up in an RPG. He'd probably take some inspiration from monstrous bosses, like Twinmold or Gohma from the Legend of Zelda series or other creatures like the Chrysalids from X-Com.
Glad you think its cool. I am happy to share cool and inspiring ideas to everyone. Especially when its skins for champs who don't have a lot of skins.
