Character Concept: Wahl Icht, The Adjudicator

I have only based this character off of Wahl Icht of Fairy tail and while soon change the name. W.I.P.

Base Stats: -Health: -Mana: -Health Regen: -Mana Regen: -Attack Speed: -Armor: -Magic Resist: -Movement Speed: -Attack: -Ability:

Strengths: Wahl Icht can fight from far away without fear of damage, and far away from prying eyes. And when Wahl reaches a level to gain long range anti-matter magic cannon, you are able to shoot a laser to attack all the way from base fountain.

Weaknesses: When using Machina Doll, you are unable to hide from the bushes due to you being in a skill type state, and you are only able to use doll or the main body one at a time. And due to the high consumption of mana from each skills, it is hard to truly plan out your items.

Lore: Born within a secret coven inside Vaun, Wahl Icht has his fate decided before even birth. He was to give up his mind and body to the elders for them to gain evolution. Upon learning of this, Wahl gets enraged and tries to murder his entire coven and tries to murder his entire coven. But being overpowered, and at the brink of death, Wahl hears a voice inside of his head," Do you want power?" He, being overpowered and unable to bring justice, agrees. Wahl then gains the extraordinary power to create the beings the elders wished to become, Machina. Now with the new born power, weakness, and a sick sense of justice. Now he wishes to bring his own sick justice upon all of Vaun and all of the world. And what better place to start than on the fields of Justice itself?

Passive: Rise of The Machines: Upon death, Wahl becomes the doll and fight for 9 seconds, respawn timer shall start once lifespan has ended or self-destruct. Cooldown: 125s

Q: Machina Doll: Passive: Whenever the main body reaches a threshold of 25% of max health, The player shall get a warning about the main body. Active: Summons a player-controlled doll to fight. Range: 2000 Mana Cost: 200 mp Cooldown: 20s Upon leveling: 75% health/ 80% health/ 85% health/ 90% health/ 100% health Clicking ability again causes the doll to switch forms. 1st form: Human->2nd form: Proxy->3rd form: Machina->1st form:Human Channel time to switch is 1s

W: Machina Power: Makes doll, depending on form, use a unique attack. Mana Cost: 100mp Cooldown: 12s Range: Varies on form

1st Form: Weakness soldiers: Summon soldiers depending on the amount of champions(max: 5) or 1 soldier if no champions within range. Range: 1000 Upon leveling: Of Main Body( 25% health/ 30% health/ 35% health/ 40% health/ 45% health). Types of soldiers are earth, fire, water, air, or lightning.(Random) Soldiers last until destroyed or after 15s Soldiers first priorities to attack are people who attack that soldier and second priority was to attack the closest target.

2nd Form: Weakness Seer: Sees the weakness of enemies. Gains a random buff of strength, speed, or defense. Range: Self Upon leveling: Gains strength, speed, or defense +5%/+10%/+15%/+20%/+25% Duration: 5s

3rd Form: Discharge: Sends out electrical waves around the doll Range: Varies upon levels Upon leveling: Range 550/ 600/ 650/ 700/ 750

E: Self-Destruct: Destroys doll to damage any ally or enemy around the doll. Range: Varies on level Mana Cost: 200 mp Cooldown: 25s Upon Leveling: Range 500/ 550/ 600/ 650/ 700

R: Long Range Anti-Matter Magic Cannon: Creates a cannon to fire a laser across the entire map. *For every creature, minion, or champion hit, lose 7% of the main damage.(I.e. 100%->93%->86%->79% and so forth) Range: Map Length Mana Cost: 350 mp Cooldown: 105s Channeling: Depends of level Upon leveling: Channel 5s/ 4.5s/ 4s/ 3.5s/ 3s

I swear I have seen the "concept" art for this guy before, what manga did you take those images from. Plus also Noxus isn't the "Skynet" guys that would be Viktor, so yeah there is one of the things you might want to change. Also what is with "Strength" and "Defense", clarity on these points would be nice, also base stats? What are they? I would like to know if 200 Mana for just a doll is werf or not, also with how the other two abilities need to doll to work is this going to be like Azir where you auto-unlock your q at the start of the game. Now for your E ability, does it blow all dolls/soldiers or just the last made doll? also does your doll/s limit itself to just one doll, do you become rooted to the spot while you control the doll? Can you control the main body and doll in tandem, what is your counter play to this mechanic, I mean what is to stop me from just sitting under tower while my doll wanders around with out me needing to worry about ganks, I mean come on man 2000 range is huge for just a basic ability. Finally your R how is the attack formed, I mean is it a missile, beam, or a ballistic projectile? your concept needs a lot of clarification too it before anyone might take it seriously.

Also if you are wondering why I skipped your W ability other then that one bit about the stats increase it is because then my post would immediately become TL:DR. I will post my issues in full on your W in just a minute.

So let me try this again, on the "Damage" buff how will it be handled, Will it be like yorick's damage buff where it increases the damage dealt or will it passively increase your AD/AP so your attacks do more based off of stats. Same question for your "Defense" Buff, will it be a flat damage reduction or will it simply effect your current/bonus armor and magic resist. That was my bad for not making sure my question was clear enough. Now for my follow up on your soldiers, when you blow the doll will it kill the soldiers or will they still last their full time? Now on to the whole "two bodies" part of your champion, is there going to be a mechanic that will break the "Channel" like effect of controlling the doll when your main body gets attacked or are you expecting the player to always keep their eyes on the mini-map to make sure there aren't any badies near there body? How will your currently alive doll react with your passive, will your current doll die when you do and a whole new doll pop up where your body was? On top of all of that, will this make all of your mana costs on your abilities 0 or is the only ability your aloud to use is a 0 mana cost self-destruct?

Also how will the other stats be handled for the doll? Will the doll get copies of items you build or will it's stats just be based off of your main body's current stats at any give time? How will the doll interact with Aura Items like Locket and Banner?

While I will wholly admit I am not any kind of authority on the subject this is more of a helpful suggestion then any kind of mandatory way of posting.

So the buff of damage, speed, and defense will increase the Main Bodies capabilities so that the dolls abilities would get increased in turn? Plus also you need to have some sort of "Oh shit, my main body is in trouble" mechanic or else if a player is going full on into a siege on the enemy they would never know if the enemy jungler is in his main body's ass. On top of all of this what is the draw back for loosing a doll, there doesn't seem to be any counter play for a ability that the worst a caster camping under tower would have to worry about is loosing 200 mana before 20 seconds are up to where they would be able to cast it again. Lastly I want to know the base stats like how much is the main body's starting mana and health pools what is the growth rate for his hp and mana pools, what is growth rate for his other stats like ad and move speed? That kinda thing.

I know it is hard to tell the tone of chat through the internet and I was re-reading some of my comments and relized that I sounded a bit like a dick so felt the need to clarify. ^_^

So to cliff notes my previous comments.

  1. Add some Clarity on how the abilities work.

  2. Give him some sort of warning mechanic on his passive, like if his main body drops below a health thresh hold then you get a "danger" ping on your mini. You could even make scale on some level like it starts with if his main body drops below 3/4 max hp that you get a warning ping and have it scale up from there to like 1/4 max hp at 18 otherwise to many people will complain about how they don't "feel safe" moving out past tower with out it.

  3. Try tweaking things about the character to make him more original depending on what you want his background to actually be with out just straight up plagiarizing the character from "Fairy Tales", this will mostly help with the legal part of this champion.

  4. Come up with base stats for him so his strengths and weaknesses are more pronounced, this will also let you be able to flesh out his ability scaling like what the ap ratio(seeing how you are classifying him as a mage) on his w, e, and r would be.

  5. His abilities need some work, but aren't impossible to tweak with out loosing the core character. Ways you could tweak his abilities would be like for his ult give him a unique item something that will let the player choose how the ult works something like "Super Anti-Matter Concentrator" it will give some amount of ap and maybe some other stats and will make his ult fire as a projectile that will only deal damage to one target but the damage will be higher, the other items can be named "Super Anti-Matter Spreader" for a laser beam that deals damage that is split between targets based off of the number of targets hit, and "Super Anti-Matter Mortar" and it would a let you to fire your ult to a target position that would let it deal aoe damage and it would be a good middle ground for the other two items where is doesn't do as much damage as if you had the Concentrator but would deal more damage in the aoe then the Spreader. Feel free to use those if you want.

Also just a quick note, I didn't post my problems about your w because I didn't want to make my post so long that you might feel discouraged and not read it, I read you champ idea all the way through.
